PLUS SIZE FASHION;IS MY PASSION
I feel that in today's world plus size fashion has expanded a lot and i love how designers are recognizing that plus size women are in need of clothing that makes them feel good but also fits them properly. Many stores that offer plus size fashion only go up to a certain size while in smaller sizes there is a variety of sizes that women of smaller sizes get to pick from. for example in the very popular clothing store Forever 21 their plus size clothing line only goes up to a 3x and their clothing isn't always true to the size that they say it is. I also feel that there are some stores and websites that do a wonderful job at creating plus sizes and having a wide variety of sizes such as ASOS CURVE, LANE BRYANT, TORRID ,ASHLEY STEWARD and WET SEAL PLUS(these clothing stores are not cheap). Even though there are a few stores like this there are still a very limited amount of stores. Many designers who make nice correct fitting plus size clothing often mark up the clothing price if it is a plus size piece of clothing such as CHARTER CLUB and CALVIN KLEIN. FASHIONISERS.COM
As you can see in the picture above this lovely plus size women above is wearing beautiful clothing that fits her properly and does not cling to her body. There many different body types and finding clothing to fit your body when you are a plus sized women is very important and a huge relief when you finally do. I hope that more stores and clothing lines include plus sizes into their brands and make wonderful fashions available to all women of all sizes.

ReplyDeleteOmg Taylor I loved this. and you are so right, there need to be more articles of clothing that would fit all women properly. I think there should be more plus size models because to me there would be more equality in women and all women would be represented (not just the skinny girls). This post is very inspiring and I wish fashion designers could read this so they can understand.

DeleteTaylor I think you do a very good job at finding clothes that fit you properly and look nice. I agree that stores should offer a wider range of clothes for plus size people because just because your big it doesn't mean you want to look like a garbage bag.
ReplyDeleteTaylor I agree with you 100 percent because although women are plus size their should be a variety of clothing for them as there is for smaller women. I think you did a great job expressing how you feel for fashion and think you do a great job in your choice of clothing.
